NO SINGLE AFRICAN CURRENCY IS GLOBALLY CONVERTIBLE LIKE THE US DOLLAR, EURO, STERLING, ETC. WHY? BECAUSE THE AFRICAN ECONOMIES ARE CONUMPTION-BASED RATHER THAN PRODUCTIVE INDUSTRIAL-BASED.
