This is a simple matter. You invited the man and he refused to come. If you have enough evidence for a prima facie case you go to court for an arrest warrant and go haul him in. Arbitrary arrests is not the law; much so when arresting a lawyer who knows his rights. Those cheering Archer on will understand this when it touches them or their dear ones. Nobody is obliged to assist the law to find faults against them. You can arrest, but the suspect has his rights under the law to remain silent and not answer any of your questions. It is up to the courts to pronounce guilt; not up to Raymond Archer, and certainly not social media.
