The last time I checked, South Africans did not have people to fix their hair and nails. There are no more Corner Stores to buy basic needs. John Mahama or any other future Presidents should not try to use the country's resources and wealth to rescue any recalcitrant Ghanaians who go back to the Xenophobic country. It's the duty of the Govt to create the conducive environment for individuals including the private sector to take advantage of. Take the transport sector for e.g. in Russia when they were practicing socialism, the state was in charge of public transport. As soon as Communism collapsed the state created a good environment for the private sector to also come in which helped in creating more jobs. Ghana Govt can also do same by banning Trotros in our cities to allow Ghanaians to establish private companies to bring in big buses to takeover. The various metropolitan Assemblies will then sit down with Ministry of Transport to allocate routes to these private companies. 3 companies for e.g can take up Dodowa/Madina to Accra Central route with each company required to have at least 200 buses.Mind you bus drivers are not supposed to drive more than 6hrs a day meaning each bus will employ 3 drivers, the Trotro mates will also become conductors. So you see Ghana govt cannot run away for the blame of not expanding the economy.

The Afrikaners used the black SAs for target practice. And when they "left", the Zulus, Xhosas and others used themselves as target practice with a vengeance.
