As a seasoned attorney he knows this. Claiming that you are a democrat (unlike the government) and therefore bringing civil rather than criminal charges against your enemies is a misleading statement. He knows that he as an individual cannot bring criminal charges against anybody in Ghana. It’s stated clearly in Article 88(3) of the 1992 constitution. Such careless statements is why it’s best to be quiet. You may win the PR war and end up in jail and ruined.

John Darko , Baffour Awuah and another NPP MP lawyer colluded and defrauded the government through SIC Loans 14 million ghc judgement debt. And when that SIC Boss was sacked, they gave her 1 million ghc judgement debt secretly collected. Baffour personally collected first 280 000 ghc from SIC before securing the judgement and then collected 2.2 million for his law firm which John Darko got his share and later personally received 600,000 ghc from that company which claimed to have bought the property court ceased to satisfy the judgement debt. It’s MP former NPP parliamentary candidate for that constituency who reported this case to EOCO .

EOCO has the mandate to investigate him especially with matters involving the resources/funds of the state...in the instant case he has more or less swindled the state and caused financial loss of about 9mil ghc...if the facts as presented are true....the state had judgement of 14mill through his underhand dealings the state had only 5mill.
