Here is why Baffour Awuah case is so bad . Baffour Awuah MP and was lawyer for government company SIC Savings and Loans. A Company called Equity loans took big money from SIC and Baffour lawyer of SIC was able to secure 14 million judgments against Equity. Equity paid only 400, 000 ghc . SIC paid Baffour for his work 280,000. Then SIC found out that Equity has a land property at market value of 25 million. But when SIC were about to sell that 25 million property and take their 13.6 million left of the judgement debt . Another company called Ecoswiss who has two NPP MPs as their lawyers claimed they have bought that property from Equity ( after judgement debt rulings) . This Ecoswiss then paid SIC 5 million, gave Baffour MP and lawyer for SIC 2.2 million. The Equity has now got money to also paid Baffour MP 600,000 ghc . Equity also paid additional 1 million to SIC So government Company SIC which has secured 14 million judgements debt received in total ( 400,000 plus 5 million plus 1 million = 6.4 million out of 14 million. Baffour MP and his law firm end up receiving 280,000 plus 2.2 million plus 600,000= 2.88 million ghc . The other two NPP MP lawyers sell the property for 25 million and gave SIC MD 1 million into her private account. These payments all happened around December 2024/ January 2025. Let’s put aside our affliction to NPP and think of mother Ghana small . Ahhhh honourable Baffour Awuah , you stink STINK STINK ! .
