Big old Churches like Presbyterian, Methodist ,Anglican or Roman do not plan for 20,000 capacity buildings so why would One Man Churches envisage for that? Purely for Commercial motive.

If you have such resources can't you think right by building factories to employ our desperate youth who looking for employment opportunities
Why do you think you should build churches and Mosque and you expect the Chinese, Lebanese, Indians,Europeans,Americans to build factories for you in your country and employ the youth of your country

Often this was due to their desire to spread the message of salvation to as many as possible but sometimes they moved out of their place of residence to faraway lands because they were persecuted. Either way the Gospel of Christ spread far and wide.
Early churches were small and scattered throughout the land occupied by the Roman empire. The majority of Christian gatherings were small in size and met in people's homes, schools and other small public places. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FUNDAMENTAL TEACHINGS OF CHRIST,THE PRIORITY FOR ALL BELIEVERS IS TO GO OUT INTO THE WORLD AND SPREAD THE .MESSAGE OF SALVATION RATHER THAN PUTTING UP MASSIVE BUILDINGS AND FILLING THEM WITH THOUSANDS OF MEMBERS . THE HUMAN TENDENCY TO PUT UP IMPRESSIVE EDIFICES OSTENSIBLY TO WORSHIP GOD ALMOST ALWAYS END UP BEING A MONUMENT TO MAN'S EGO THAT DETRACTS AND DISTRACTS PEOPLE FROM THE SINCERE AND PURE WORSHIP OF GOD ALMIGHTY. The history of Christendom is littered with the ruins of gargantuan building projects erected by men in the mistaken belief that it is what God's desired. However on closer examination these projects to this day are best described as vanity projects that ultimately serve the interest of man and glorify flawed humans rather than the true God who is a spirit and commands us to worship Him in spirit and in truth.
The bigger the size of a church or ministry, the bigger the turnover of cash and invariably the bigger the income for the man or woman in charge. and the more elaborate their perks and their standing in society. Most of these centralised mega church institutions are run as family businesses, usually controlled by one individual and their family or close allies. THESE ORGANISATIONS DO NOT REMOTELY RESEMBLE OR REPRESENT WHAT THE LORD JESUS CHRIST STANDS FOR.
