This revealing but not new. In addition to earlier warning given ri utility companies the roads mininister must advice communities not to start grading community intersection near the new highway.

Also HMEs must not move on the new highway/expressway.
The designers must also do the needful by constructing drains on the intersecting point or extend the asphalt/ bitumin a distance say 300m to 500m into the community minimum which ever is economical
