  Hmm!! So why the delay? Our Neighbouring country @ Burkina Fasso is doing very well inspite of the insecurity there, in less than 5yrs , they built a new Stadium, new tomato factory, new hydro dam, new gold refinery, new roads, import more heavy duty trucks more than we in Ghana have done in the last 50Yrs. What is our problem in Ghana?

  I think all bypass roads should be awarded to the Ghana Army, rather than wasting time with local contractors.
