Don’t you think that the relevant parliamentary committees which oversee these ministries have a right as enshrined in the constitution and the standing orders of parliament have a statutory right to find out what the shortcomings are? That’s the structural defects are and act to fix it? The judicial arm of the state, that’s courts..are dealing with the potential criminal aspect of things. What stops Parliament from determining what the respective ministries the have oversight responsibilities on from determining whatever defects is hampering them from discharging their duties and responsibilities? Ghana is far above partisan politics…you have let Ghana down!! You have a patriotic duty to Ghana by the vows you took as speaker of parliament and on this particular occasion you have failed woefully and should bow your head in SHAME!!
