A person's refusal to cooperate with investigators is his right under the law. That is why every arrest begins with the caution "you have the right to remain silent". It seems the Attorney General is struggling with proof of wrong doing that is why a court summons, which must state the crime committed, has still not been issued.

I don't get what all this noise is about, if the state strongly believes that it has a watertight case against Ken ofori-Atta, why don't you just go ahead and trial him in absentia and if he's found guilty, confiscate his assets (including his businesses), sell and use the proceeds to defray whatever financial loss he might have caused. We have to seriously start holding people accountable without fear or favour to serve as a deterrent for potential perpetrators. We should hold people accountable without resorting to witch-hunting. If we fail to do that the country will never move forward. Thank you.
