  Brilliant. This is what i am talking about. Create Buffer Zones in Tema around Tema Ports, Takoradi Port, Keta port, Boankra Port, Asikuma Port, Buipe Ports. Buy essential farm products, Maize, Rice,Millet, Tubers, Vegetables. Chicken, Fish etc and store them in these Buffer zones. This will serve as ready market for the Farmers and will force Market women to buy from government for the market at a controlled price. Everyone wins. Having the items at these buffer zones, close to these ports will make transportion easier because you are using rail, road and water transport to deliver goods.
