While Catherine has done exceptionally well in this business, this profile is totally different from her interview on CNN after receiving an award in Washington DC years ago.

She said at that time that marital problems drove her from London to Accra where she started growing a few plants in her backyard as a hobby.

As her finances squeezed her she attempted to supply her few surpluses to a local store that rejected her and was able to get another store to sell a few for her to raise some money for survival..... and the rest is history.
