Instead of taking it seriously and preparing, he seems to be trying to call EOCO’s bluff. Why Atta Akyea as your attorney, for Christ’s sake. Trying to frame this as a ‘political power play’ may work with NPP supporters. But they are not the Judge or jury. When you are facing serious charges, you don’t rely on political lawyers. Following recent court actions against some individuals making appearance before a Judge is disturbing. How can a Judge knowingly schedule for an accused person to appear in court and then the scheduled date is cancelled because the Judge is out of town ? so what would have happened if the person in the dock too decides not to make an appearance at the court.Such inconsiderate inhumane actions some of these judges display on certain judisciary matter just cannot be right.
