Me, I will never encourage any family member of mine to join any foreign army no matter the circumstances - what do you if tomorrow a war breaks out between your country and the country whose army you joined?

I thought it's only in Russian Army that Ghanaians are dying. US Army would never report of the death of any Ghanaian with them in their war with Iran. This accident occurred in their training that's why it's being reported
American army is full of foreigners who serve as canon fodder. US army uses foreigners for as long as necessary. Then they dump them like rubbish afterwards.

Difference is you have to have permanent residency or be a US citizen to be part of US army which is not in the case with Russia army. Some of them sent to war in Ukraine barely know Russia and have never lived there

You do not have to be a US citizen to join the US army, however you can only have a rank from private to seargent major as a green card holder, however, you can fast track your naturalisation the moment you join the army and ...

US military ranks are mostly immigrants. Their condition of service is very bad. They send them on combat missions abroad. They return home with many health issues. They end up being homeless.
Respectfully the first condition is you must have a Green Card or Permanent residency
Non citizen can join as non enlisted personnel for commission officers you must be a citizen
