This man is just a complete and irredeemable bloody idiot. And they go for wayside mechanic schools and come out with manner of voodoo academic title. There is a difference between a company paying dividend and taxation. Whilst taxation is a charge on profits made, dividend is a share of the profit. The minister specifically state "dividend", and that is an empirical fact/reality. Of course, commercial entities operating in Ghana, and deriving their income from Ghana must pay discharge their corporate obligation (i.e. taxation) in line with ACT 896 (sections 1-5).
