You and those who are too dumb to know much about health, safety and security of a nation would not know who is a danger to society. The woman you talk about as being held unjustifiably is the quintessential sleeper cell in the annals of modern terrorists.

The people in her own hometown did not know she was collaborates with a fugitive. Her co-workers and peers at the health facility where she works were clueless about her clandestine activities. Visitors and patients at the health facility are unaware that she could be just an instruction away from her fugitive partner (who talks about killing other) before she used medication to poison innocent Ghanaians.

She did all her diabolic activities including conducting the dustribution of offensive instructions including assassination of others while she directly received payments. So by all means let your ignorance about free speech rule your whole existence but never consider yourself as anywhere near the definition of intelligence. Being tribal and a political party stooge may be okay with you and others but thats precisely what separate you and your ilk from real Ghanaians.

(a) grant to a person convicted of an offence a pardon either free or subject to lawful conditions; or

(b) grant to a person a respite, either indefinite or for a specified period, from the execution of punishment imposed on him for an offence; or

(c) substitute a less severe form of punishment for a punishment imposed on a person for an offence; or

(d) remit the whole or part of a punishment imposed on a person or of a penalty or forfeiture otherwise due to Government on account of any offence.

(2) Where a person is sentenced to death for an offence, a written report of the case from the trial judge or judges, together with such other information derived from the record of the case or elsewhere as may be necessary, shall be submitted to the President.
