This guy doesn’t seem to understand the word “a convicted felon ”. Bamba and co defendant were never sentenced to any jail terms because they cut a plea deal with the judge and signed a bond to be of good behavior. They were never convicted any crimes. I’m not surprised this dumbo MP doesn’t seem to understand the meaning of the word “a convicted felon” and a person released on a plea deal.

Here you sit and without a clue trying to stick your ignorant ass mouth in a legal subject you could never understand with a pea-sized brain. Mr. Bamba and his co-defendants were charged with a crime that was not expunged. A plea deal may reduce the charge and reduce time to be served.

A plea does not remove the charge unless the charge and case were withdrawn by the prosecution/state. So the charge against Mr. Bamba may be reduced to a lower charge, the case was dropped or his conviction was pardoned or expunged. Even under the best of plea deals untill Mr Bamba has successfully completed conditions of his plea, the crime and charges remain on record.

Do you know if Mr. Bamba has successfully completed terms of the plea and the record expunged? If not then shut the hell up with all the ignorance of the know it all New York crap.
