  The summary would aepapr to show that Pool Health Centre's (L82041) weakness was its nursing activity because these had smaller percentages showing high satisfaction. If you look at the detailed results it becomes clear that the balance consists almost entirely of people who had no experience of the nursing service and therefore could not comment anyone choosing a surgery by consulting the summary would be totally misled. Surely the percentage shown should be the percentage of those in a position to comment rather than effectively assuming no comment was equivalent to dissatisfaction.
