Some of the ways to solve the problem are:
1. The crooked, corrupt, and insensitive system in which all those running our football must be owners of a football team must be scrapped and completely done away with.
2. The running of our football should be given to people who are CAPABLE, who are HONEST, who are GOD-FEARING, who are FIRM AND FAIR, who are JUST, and who HATES BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION.
3. Our leagues, from the colts/academy level to the premier level must be full of mostly players who are NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED.
4. For this reason, those in charge of our football teams from colts/academy level to the premier level must be people hates bribery and corruption, who have the knowledge, understand, and have the idea concerning who a NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED footballer is.
5. It is NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED players who draw people to the stadiums.
The main problem of Ghana football, and for that matter Ghana Black Stars is that instead of FOOTBALL PLAYERS, our football is full of TOO MANY FOOTBALL KICKERS who are not NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED, but have merely learned how to kick, how to cross, how to head, how to run with and after the ball, etc.

We are trying to heal a wound with bandages without understanding the cause of the wound. Hiring whatever coach is simply window dressing. Fix the problem and then we can worry about hiring the right coach, otherwise we are simply going around in circles.

We don't have the quality anymore, standards have declined significantly, so we have to begin a rebuilding phase, recruitment and development. It will take visionary leaders who understand the game and long-term planning. If we stick with the plan, we will begin seeing results in about 5 to 10 years, results meaning, winning trophies again. This is not a quick fix but a medium to long-term plan.
