The poor SIC lady didn’t do anything different from the majority of appointees. The lawyer Awuah’s task was to craft the deal so as to withstand future legal interrogation. Why are so many people saying loan loan loan . It was not a loan but timed investment that SIC Lige invested in John Darko MP Lawyer’ s Equity Loans and saving . The investment amount was 3.95 million in 2014 with interest to be added to total 6.4 million. That was the debt SIC gave to Baffour to collect from his friend John Darko. By 2020 Baffour secured judgement debt against John Darko Equity for 10. 6 million including interest. Then in 2023 Baffour found out John Darko Equity had land property at Oyibi , Accra and went to court with that property. The judge attached that land to the debt which had risen to 14.8 million and the judge said , go and sell this land for minimum 25 million and take your 14.8 million. Then election 2024 was near and NPP knew they will not win so the alleged collusion began the rest is EOCO
