Why didn’t the referee stop the match after Senegalese left the pitch. They came back despite the bad officiating against them. Or the referee did not know this rule? The referee sanctioned the game to continue because his decision is final. Matches are won on the pitch and NOT at court. May be the officials need to be reprimanded for failing to apply the rules of the game when they temporarily left the pitch. Sorry Morocco better luck next time. Senegal still the champion.

I'm a Kenyan, and I will go straight to the point, that trophy was awarded after the final whistle was blown by Caf/ FIFA appointed referee ,both the President of CAF and FIFA were present and handed over the trophy to Senegal, morroco could have only been awarded the trophy immediately the Senegal players' left the playing pitch,but that did not happen, the players' returned and the match continued until the end of playing time, Morroco were even given a unfair penalty but they could not score. It's a shame that after more than three months a few idiot's in some boardroom decided to transfer the trophy to morroco, even after Senegal paraded the trophy to the whole world during there international friendly matches. Both CAF And FIFA President's mosepe and Infantino should resign for been incompetent for favorism one country over the other, They are both a disgrace to football,this can lead to Africa and the world forming a parallel football governing bodies,

All the Senegalese players did not leave the field,get that correct.SADIO was alone on the field until he begged the referee to go call the other players to return.
