  PAC is a scam and a needless waste of pur scarce resources! What's the point of an audit and post audit enquiry without the PEOPLE who caused the problem? This expensive talkshop and white elephant MUST be torn down asap!

  How do you expect them to settle such a huge unpaid bill when money penalties which should go into the State Accounts finds it's way into their pockets for the Evening shows at the Bars ? with the (Motto) give me the half of it other wise, you will have to pay more at the court. Until this primitive mindset is eradicated from the police system the bills will explosive before their face.
