    Why shd a Govt managing a good economy borrow to pay employees on CAGD payroll? No wonder they can't pay their obligations. I know SSNIT is having the sane problem and definitely GRA will suffer the same bcoz of PAYE

    Kwaku Tee please I don't understand. Does it mean they're using our monies for high life? Wonderful! When some party is speculating $500m as bail bond, it may be real .... Kwaku. But, I'm certainly at a loss.
