I will suggest that the soon to be enforced LI on traffic offences be withdrawn to include offences ranging from hijacking road side walking pavements, bus stops, for buying and selling of cooked and uncooked food, riding motorcycle on overhead pedestrian foot bridges, selling and extending markpets into driveways, selling in medians or middle of divided roadways, driving on road shoulders meant for pedestrians, selling under or on overhead bridges, stealing guard rails or components of safety devices, safety fences, tampering with street light components etc. Ghana has become unattractive economically because these are the activities causing traffic congestion delays all over the country.
