Recall the Kwame Asiamah soundbite from Egypt 2019 - "y'aba no na y'aba...." That scoundrel never completed his account to Parliament. He promised to return to the House to complete the account because the numbers were not adding up. We are still waiting for him to return and complete his accounts....

Cards are usually put in wallets and the wallets are usually in one's pocket. Once money is loaded on the card, it doesn't have any weight. Either $10 or $million is on the card, it doesn't change anything. So you guys had to get a bag, put the card or cards in, and get someone to hold it as if it's a bag of cement? This government is being exposed by God and all your nefarious activities, stealing, looting, and all the lies will be exposed and Ghanaians will see the type of people you are.   The ruling leadership class in Ghana makes so much money receiving 50K and 100K USD for simple speech honorarium that they are surprised when the civilians ask about 10K USD for a card holder or purse holder. Just last week our 17 boys had to travel by bus to Burkina Faso when a plane ticket for them all to Burkina Faso would have costed somewhere lesser than or close to 5K USD.

  This is truly a waste of funds. I assume the purse holder is an accountant on staff with the ministry, he could have been his regular pay to do what he did and not pay him extra salary.
