How can we have a Constitutional Democracy when one Autocratic Person can say that there is no need for Primaries because he is a kind of an Autocratic Chief. Even in our Traditional Chieftaincy, there is nothing like Autocracy. Your own Traditional Elders will overthrow you, assassinate or kill any such Chief.
