Individuals standing on buses and preaching is a road safety issue. It affects the environment and makes the drivers and paswengers feel like the bus is a moving market.
When there is a sudden break, a standing person can fall and hurt themselves. They could also fall on a sitting person and hurt the person as well.
Next move is to enforce all vehicles including these 207 buses to have seat belts for all passenger.
Another policy which if I'm personally given the opportunity to implement will be mandatory towing fees inbedded into your annual vehicle registration process. Thus no car which is broken down should be at the same spot for over an hour. These are little thongs which will improve the safety of our roads aside building duel carriage roads and also trains to ease traffic on our roads.
