Actually, this woman 'caught teaching is doing a service that has to be supported and legalised. I took my car for repairs at the taxi rank that serves travellers to Rawlings Roundabout areas along new road. From about 1pm , school going children close and come and wait with their mothers who work around the taxi rank. These parents struggle to provide homework assistance to their kids after school. I am sure the Teacher under the overpass is responding to a felt need. She has to be helped. Not condemned.
