Question: are the visas transferable? How can you use service passport to acquire a Visa and then transfer it on to an ordinary passport?

the first place or the minister would have said so. Don't jump into conclusions
This can only happen under NPP government. They want shortcuts and underhand dealings even in opposition. Aban papa aba wae.

Stupid liar. Who transfers visa from a passport to another? All done is to attach both passports with a staple. Liars.

How is the tranfer of visas done. Is the ministry of foreign affairs responsible for issuing visas?
GHANAIANS must understand that these NPP guys take all Ghanaians as fools and zombies. That apart from them there are no other human beings in Ghana. So terribly sad. NPP never again.
