What is the name of the judge? Which part of Ghana does he or she come from? Which government appointed him or her as a High Court justice? The answers to these questions will give a clue as to why the suit was dismissed
Hon Afenyo Markins shd not file for any fresh case, it's a waste of time and energy.He shd concentrate on his job to help Dr Bawumia come to power. By 2029 he can file for a new case to teach Sammy Gyamfi a good lesson.

So Sammy you can now give Afenyo Markin the same bitter pill he wanted you to swallow sued him back for him to swallow the same bitter pill for him to taste it if it is sweet.
The judgement was for a procedural issue not the substantive case. It is embarrassing that Afenyo and his lawyers as a senior lawyer got that wrong.

The suit may have been deliberately crafted to be defective.
The man had no real intention to sue

Is Afenyo that incompetent or just one of those NDC/NPP political games?
I think it was a deliberate occurrence by Afenyo. He just wanted to take the heat out of the accusations at the time to give him breathing space.
