  Do we think as a nation? When people are destroying our environment, we don't hear from the EPA. But when people are trying to restore or reclaim the destroyed environment, the EPA is asking them to get permits. Which of the two needs permit, those destroying the environment or those reclaiming it? If those those doing the reclamation stop, what will the EPA do?
  GH law - cocoa farmers need permission from COCOBOD to cut down their cocoa trees. Galamseyers, most of them Chinese nationals are cutting down our cocoa trees and nobody is talking about it. Chiefs are forcefully taking over people's cocoa farms selling them for residential purposes but government pretend not to have see them. Ghana, which direction?

What type of leadership is this, just want to be seen as working , but rather displaying incompetence, wrong show of power is preposterous.

  Wuntumi have been acuse for not taking permit before working on his conception and he has been jailed for 20 years but others are doing the same and you are just giving them warning?. Please all those people working without permit are doing galamsay and they must be processed to court with immediate effect. What is good for a man should also apply for a woman.

  EPA ISSUES VERBAL WARNING AFTER HIGH HAD IMPRISONED WONTUMI
  After the High Court had imprisoned WONTUMI for 20 YEARS the EPA is now asking everyone who is doing land reclamation on devastated lands and damaged waterbodies to seek the prior approval of the EPA. But the guys who did the illegal mining in the mining concession of WONTUMI were used as State Witnesses against Wontumi. (it was the ACCESS which wontumi PERMITTED WITHOUT AUTHORITY into his mining concession that enabled the illegal mining to be done in wontumi mining concession)
