Because hundreds of such happen daily in Ghana. Now you are being questioned why you have not visited Obuasi SHS where a beast molested and raped many with impunity because of political cover. What your brief says you should do?? let the agencies under you work, call for briefing and you can then comment on them when the need arise. You dont go to her house with a cameras.
