  YET MAHAMA AND PREVIOUS GHANA LEADERS HAVE RATHER BEEN "DASHING" OUT FOR THEIR "CUTS" GHANA'S NATURAL RESOURCES TO FOREIGN "INVESTORS" INSTEAD OF INDIGENOUS GHANAIAN INVESTORS. THAT'S THE PRIMARY CAUSE OF CAPITAL FLIGHT FROM GHANA, WHICH HAS ADVERSELY BEEN AFFECTING GHANA'S CIRCULAR FLOW OF LIQUIDITY, ECONOMY AND MODERN INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT SINCE 1957..
