This commitment authorization policy is a masterpiece. Those people in high places and thier enablers who feed on such indecipline will definitely fight back. Ayeriga, as an enabler, is not happy and expressing his frustration and that of his collaborators in govt. The average Ghanaian should take the time and watch TV and media talk show for a week paying attention to guests on the shows. It will come as no surprise to note that there is a constant parade of guests who are either lawyers or PhD holders who are invited unto hosted programs by hosts who are also lawyers or wannabe lawyers.

But what exactly do each of the shows bring to viewers and listeners but a bunch of noise? Dr Hassan Ayariga went from an NPP majority government of Akufo-Addo / Dr. Bawumia who also believed Ghana was sitting on money which chose to spent a fraction on developing Ghana but stole the rest as they bankrupted Ghana. So here we are with a Dr. Bawumia, a presumed economist, and Dr. Hassan Ayariga both from Ghana's under-developed "northern" regions who believe wasteful spending and stealing from state coffers is good for the country.

In the meanwhile we have arrogant people who collectively call themselves Akans or Ga Dangbe or Ewe make fools of themselves while every important sector of government is led by or managed by people with northern roots stealing and engaged in most damning state capture. The classic Fante remain their ignorant with little to nothing in terms of employnent and development while stupified with British "krakyie" foolishness.

Ashanti region gets to get 2 new hospitals, Afari Djan and Serwua hospitals along with updated Komfo Anokye hospitals, Central Region has what for a regional hospital but the same shit just as Sekondi-Takoradi deals with same "Efiakwanta" old hospital. People from the central and western regions can play dumb if they want but Ghana is moving forward without them if they want to play 2nd class Ghanaians to everyone.

If parliament approves the budget for a ministry,no minister has the right to sit on the disbursement of cash.Unless there is no money at the material time because throughout the year moneys flow in and out of the consolidated fund,so one way or the other, there will be money. Now,Ayariga is saying that Ato Forson is sitting on so much money.It means that the money is there and so the minister has no right to sit on it with the excuse that once cash is disbursed to the sector ministers,they will start travelling here and there for conferences.Meanwhile,he Ato himself goes to Senchi almost daily for conference with fully fuelled government vehicles. Assuming what Ayariga says is true,then it is also true that Ato Forson thinks he is a demigod! Perhaps in preparation for 2028! Or perhaps he is sitting on the money to curb inflation! Then also that is only short term prudent economic management with long term political consequences! You see the agitations!? How Haruna Iddrisu chop hot!???? We need to seriously up our IQ!!
