The first is to remove every current politically exposed person from the positions and reappoint neutrals. The second is to appoint NDC sympathizers to occupy existing vacancies to achieve balance. President Mahama chose the second because he didn't want to remove anybody from office. Mahama and Felix Ofosu Kwakye are wise men. Fact is there's no correlation between wisdom and old age!

Why did Agyemang Duah and others sit and watch Nana Akuffo Addo appoint seven clear politically exposed and even family members to independent state institutions but are now strigently critising Mahama for the appointment of Miss Emelia Agbenyo? Why was Akuffi Addo given a pass but Mahama cannot. And come to think of it, some of these politically exposed persons were relatively young and will still be at post during the next 4 elections cycle.
