We all heard how badly this nurse was treated by National Security Operatives. That draconian arrest, and driving from Techiman to Accra for over 10 hours was a complete abuse to the Lady’s right to safety and freedom. What defence could the Govt have given if (God forbid) there had been an accident and the lady died ? In fact, I foresee a big suit coming up against the Government if the charges or allegations are not proven and the Lady is acquitted.
So Adam, pls wait till the Lady is found guilty before you condemn the Nurses Association. Even after that, you can only condemn if they repeat their commitment after a guilty verdict is handed over to her.
But Adam, trust me, the way this case started and is going, it’s evidently clear that the Government has no case.
And in order not to be blamed, the Government will keep postponing this case until after 2028.
