He is making a statement on the real situation, things that are going on in some schools. It does not mean he himself is doing it. It does not even mean he is justifying it: he is telling us what goes on, what's known to be happening !!

For instance, if I say 'armed robbers have taken over our village'. Does it mean I'm also an armed robber robbing our village?

After all, when a girl approaches a teacher for money, not all teachers may have the money, some may have the money but not give it, some may have money but give it for free (without exchange for sex) and others (the exploiters) will give the money in exchange for sex.

I find it very difficult to understand why most Ghanaians do not grasp very basic issues but immediately resort to insults and name calling.

Is it because of illiteracy or sheer stupidity?
