I am going to turn trump himself in for the 1% he was talking about because he is the most corrupt president in U.S history. Never paid correct taxes on his income.
There are very powerful people more than Trump who have never paid a cent on their illicit incomes. The Rockefellers, the Rothschilds, the Vanderbilt's, etc etc. Trump is a small boy comparatively.
