We need more of Sulley Muntaris today. Not only in the Black stars but in our workplaces, homes and even places of worship. People who speak their mind and are principled are often labelled as arrogant but they're in truth the best human beings ever on planet earth.
Truth must guide us to getting right decisions done that doesn't only allure to the benefit of the few but all and sundry.
God bless and keep you safe, Sulley Ali Muntari.

After a long lull of silence and awol, Baffoe who could understand KP Boateng's struggles at the disgraceful events at the 2014 episode failed to speak up throw more light on the issue. He failed miserably to help players like Williams Inaki to integrate. He failed to let his experience at Caf high office to count. After watching on the sidelines for the team to disintegrate he has now found his voice. The same applies to Mike Oti Adjei an experienced sports journslist of BBC standard went beneath the radar and only came out of his hideout after the Black stars were left to rot. What a pity. It's true the old players may be embittered. They only come out to do post mortem. Previously before matches we had journalists who had done investigation journalism to reveal opposing teams dangermen, strengths of attackers, goalkeepers, tactical strengths and strategies and how the the black stars ahould approach the games etc. Today you wonder whether there is any video analysis in the teams technical set up.

I have never seen Barcelona or Real Madrid owners or or managers following the Spanish national team around. I have never seen PSG club owners or managers following the French national team around. Bayern Munich club owners do not follow the German National team around or play any role around the players. Football people and club owners with hungry stomachs have finally destroyed the Blackstars. The Current Blackstar players are not representing Ghana with love and their money is always stolen. No wonder Inkai’s first twi phrase was “ma me sika - give me money” and he quit independently cos he played independently. No team spirit.

No, the owners and managers of Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are not part of the management of the Spain national football team.

Ownership and Management Structure

• Club Ownership: Both Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are fan-owned non-profit associations governed by their members, known as socios. They do not have private corporate owners.
• National Team Governance: The Spain national team is run independently by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), which is led by its own elected president (Rafael Louzán) and sporting staff rather than club officials.
• Coaching Staff: The men's national team is managed by Luis de la Fuente, who was hired directly by the RFEF rather than coming from Real Madrid or Barcelona.

Members of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) do not own professional clubs in Spain, as doing so would violate strict conflict of interest regulations.
The rules governing Spanish football are structured to prevent overlapping ownership and maintain sporting integrity:

1. Conflict of Interest Rules

Under Article 37 of the RFEF regulations, individuals or entities are prohibited from having ownership, management, or control relationships across multiple clubs competing within the same competition. Because the RFEF is the regulatory body overseeing these competitions, its executive members, referees, and disciplinary committees must remain completely independent of club ownership to ensure fair competition.

2. Multi-Club Ownership Restrictions

Spain's sports laws strictly regulate club ownership to protect competitive integrity. A single individual or corporate entity cannot hold a significant stake (the threshold sits at 5% for the top professional divisions) in more than one professional club in Spain.

3. The Composition of Spanish Clubs

Furthermore, the landscape of Spanish football makes direct ownership by federation executives nearly impossible:
• The Fan-Owned Clubs: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao, and CA Osasuna have no private owners at all. They are owned exclusively by their socios (club members), who elect a president.
• Public Limited Sports Companies (SADs): Other professional clubs (like Atlético Madrid or Sevilla) are structured as Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas (SADs) and owned by shareholders, but these shareholders must be entirely independent of the RFEF's governing bodies.
While clubs themselves are members of the wider federation to participate in organized tournaments, the individual administrators running the RFEF are legally barred from owning or controlling the teams they regulate.

Who disrupts the team. If you are a Nono-conformist you don’t get near the team.
