Ghanaians should be aware that just being a former soccer player doesn’t mean you can be a coach. I believe they should try and pursue coaching courses and management courses to add to their soccer skills.

• The Fan-Owned Clubs: Real Madrid, Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao, and CA Osasuna have no private owners at all. They are owned exclusively by their socios (club members), who elect a president.
• Public Limited Sports Companies (SADs): Other professional clubs (like Atlético Madrid or Sevilla) are structured as Sociedades Anónimas Deportivas (SADs) and owned by shareholders, but these shareholders must be entirely independent of the RFEF's governing bodies.
