They haven't sent the machine to any embassy in Asia yet they put information at embassy websites asking is to apply through the mission. 2. NIA is a basketfull of school drop outs. Their website can't do any corrections. When you want to correct the info at the website nothing applied. Nonsense folks. The same information we have in the biometric passport is what they need to transmit to Accra from Asia here. Why do we have to capture biometrics again? See the stupidity? We have biometrics captured for passport. Why not use the same from the embassy in our countries of residency? Why sending the machine takes more than a decade? Idiots

  I applied and got my card in Toronto without any problem. Did the Virtual interview, scheduled and attended the consulate for biometrics and got my card.

  Clumsy procedure. This is only useful for people living in cities where there is a Ghana Embassy.
