They are trying to defuse the tension or the inaccuracies about the entire scandal. If this nonsense happened under the previous government, one could picture the posture of Ablakwa the only "Saint in Ghana's politics", his behavior with the press and how he will tell Ghanaians the corruptible nature of the government.

Today, he is trying to downplay that entire thing as nothing to worry about. When NPP evacuated 10,025 people from around the world to Ghana during covid-19, the cost was 8,976,330 million cedis, and it was Ethiopian and United Arab Emirates airlines who did that operation.

So, how can the evacuation of 1,964 people from South Africa to Ghana cost the taxpayer 49 million cedis, and Ablakwa is telling Ghanaians not to ask questions.

Ablakwa, your hands are locked up in the cookie jar meaning you have stolen from the purse of Mother Ghana, shame on you.
