Please, campaign ended in 2024, get of propaganda statements. If, the impression was created that the package was a largesse from a kind and caring government, as people like the Minister would wont to do, then some beneficiaries would feel grateful for “small mercies”, no matter how much and praise Mahama for his kindness. So it didn’t matter what was in the envelope, C5k or C3k or how much, NDC is good this is the first of its kind.
