  This NDC Michael Kwadwo Pepra is a king galamseyer and he should not be referred to as a small scale miner. There is nothing as small scale mining in Ghana and, all those so called small scale miners are doing galamsey and Michael Kwadwo Pepra is their president.
  He has been destroying our water bodies and forest reserves for ages and must be called out for who he really is.

  Exactly what I've always thought and said; our approach to fighting this galamsey menace has always been wrong. It is not for nothing that Ghana was called "Gold Coast" so we have the gold and it must be mined, it is our National heritage. It's taken us too long to come to this conclusion to regularise the so called galamsey sector responsibly. This is the only way to fight illegal mining.
