It could also be a spy object from anywhere
The object could be another Chinese 'weather surveillance balloon/drone', like the last one chased and shot down by the F 22 Raptor. It appears these gadjets are notorious for flying ofcourse.
Why would an advanced alien race come all this way and keep vanishing when we see them? It doesn't make any sense. Why would they be afraid of us with superior technology??,
