What if they made their relative or close associate build it in their name and have it transferred to them (the drugsters) afterwards as gift ? That way it’s almost impossible for a lawyer to establish the fact that it was built with proceeds from illicit dealership . This is just but a few . There are many ways to swerve confiscation in Ghana . You think NAM 1 would have been left with any asset ? These folks are forward thinkers . Even if you are a lady and you marry them with intention of getting properties you may end up with nothing .
