  As for Alban Sumana Bagbin the least said about him the better. He would've gone on retirement as a pauper bcoz he chopped all his Ex-gratia. Asiedu Nketia saved him by making him a Speaker of Parliament, he's going on pension as the CJ on his Full Salary & all the allowances.
