It is difficult to see how he'll escape charges.
THESE DAYS IT IS EXTREMELY FOOLISH TO GO AROUND THREATENING PEOPLE OR COMMITTING ACTS OF VIOLENCE OR BREAKING THE LAW IN FULL VIEW OF OTHERS BECAUSE ALMOST EVERYONE NOW HAS A CELLPHONE/MOBILE PHONE THAT CAN RECORD VIDEO IN HIGH DEFINITION ( EVEN 4K) AND AUTOMATIC TIME AND LOCATION STAMPS EMBEDDED IN THE VIDEO FOOTAGE.
This means that if you are video recorded causing trouble or doing something illegal by someone using a mobile phone , the exact time and exact location is automatically recorded as well.
Video footage of this kind presented to law enforcement agencies or to the law courts will virtually seal a person's fate in most cases.
