Kuffuour during his tenure failed to deal with dumsor instead the then Energy Minister Dr Wereko Brobbey purchased generators which turned out to be toys and failed miserably. Nana Addo during his tenure did not add one kilowat of electiricity to the national grid but rahter complained NDC signed too many power contracts resulting in excess power generation.
