Akufo-Addo and presidents of Ghana are, by the constitution, hold the purse and organizational structures of all state-owned and quasi-state institutions in their hands. Having those state institutions confer accolades on the president does not look good for anyone.

Foreign institutions of learning or organizations outside the control of Ghana's government are not subject to pressures from a 3rd world or developing nation like Ghana and only gutter level ground-hogs the likes of Nana Akomea and NPP dimwitted morons will equate the 2 very different institutions and structures.
